And since then, the car is giving some vague problems. Car engine is off, but headlights are on, fuel indicator issue, car not getting locked until it is restarted. I had also purchased the accessories from the showroom, the door visor flew away bcz it was not glued correctly. When I reached out to sales person, there is zero accountability as he is just pushing on service team. Extremely Poor Experience with Garve Tata Motors Before I purchased my car, I used to get calls 10 times a day from their sales team. But the moment I bought the vehicle, all communication stopped — especially when I started facing issues with my brand new car immediately after purchase. Garve Tata Motors keeps their cars in extremely poor condition in the stockyard — exposed to rain, dust, and neglect. They simply wash the car and hand it over as “brand new,” but the problems start showing up soon after. Within just one month of owning the car, I have encountered 5–6 different issues. When I try to reach out for help, my calls are ignored. The staff’s behavior is unprofessional, unhelpful, and frankly disrespectful. I have reported it to concerned manager who called me for feedback after delivery and was told it will resolve, but in vain. Please don't share your phone number aadhar or personal documents to this center if they want just ask them to sign a document that it will remain confidential and Garve motors will be liable for selling to third party. CRM mailed back and accuse that data can be leaked from RTO office, I personally have 7 registrations but never had even a single spam, particularly like Garve Motors bought car they are flooded. If that so please write a letter to RTO office and paste a copy here as a proof. Already mailed to CEO and managers, but NOT RESOLVED. Delayed Delivery & Miscommunication: I was initially promised delivery within 20–30 days after booking. However, after 20 days, I was informed the car wasn’t available at the plant — blaming Tata, with no responsibility taken by the showroom. 2. PDI Denied & Forced Advance Payment: After escalating to CRM and Garve support via email, the car was suddenly ready in 2 days. I was asked to make full payment before seeing the car or performing a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), which was denied initially — a basic customer right. Only after repeated complaints was the PDI allowed. 3. Loan Misguidance & Loss of Trust: I was quoted ₹20,000 as processing fees for the loan from the showroom. However, I secured it directly through the bank at just ₹3,000 with a lower interest rate. This raised serious concerns about transparency and led to a loss of trust. 4. Poor Overall Experience: I don’t blame the sales staff as they follow orders from higher-ups. But the overall experience was disappointing and stressful. 5. Need for Staff Training: There is a strong need for proper training in car knowledge, communication, and ethical sales practices — especially for senior staff. 6. Concerns About Misleading Practices: Misleading tactics around pricing, loan, and insurance are deeply concerning.
